Ashley was raised in Georgetown and has a vast knowledge of what the community has to offer. As a daughter of a local builder, Ashley’s interest in real estate began at a young age. She decided to pursue her interest in real estate with Bella Casa Realty after a sixteen year relationship as a client.
Ashley’s goal is to alleviate the stress often associated with buying or selling a home by providing her clients with exceptional service through her caring attitude and attention to detail.
When Ashley is not working, you will find her spending time with her husband, two daughters, and many animals. She is often tending to their horses or on the road headed to her daughter’s next rodeo to cheer her on.

She was great to work with and helped us to navigate the very competitive Austin area real estate market. Communication was great from the start. We were conducting our search initially from out-of-town, so she sent us curated listings for several weeks so that we could get to know the neighborhoods and the market conditions. When we were finally able to visit the area, she arranged her schedule on short notice so that we could view homes that interested us before the deadlines for offers. When we found a house we wanted, she handled all the details of the paperwork, made sure our offer was submitted on time and kept us informed by email, text and phone as needed. Once we had a contract, Ashley stayed on top of all the documentation and communication with the title company and mortgage broker so that we could close on time. Her customer service skills are impossible to accurately rank there just is not a number high enough to give her.
